Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, or generate a QR code for a printerless drop-off experience.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging with tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
